Order Returns
We accept returns only if the glass or installation box is broken or if you receive a different model than ordered.
Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, share your order ID and product photos, and our team will guide you through the process.
Once your return is approved and the product is received, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
If the issue is due to a damaged product or wrong model sent, EVARA covers the shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
