Eligibility for Return / Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • πŸ”„ Wrong Model Delivered – If you receive a different model than the one you ordered.

⚠️ Please note: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect model ordered by the customer, or minor variations in packaging/design.


Return / Exchange Process

  2. Share your order ID, contact details, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. Once verified, our team will guide you through the replacement or refund process.

  4. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and proof of purchase.


Refund Policy
  • Refunds are initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped once the return is received and verified.


Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to damaged product or wrong model delivered, EVARA will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the return is initiated for any other reason (not covered in eligibility), the customer will bear the shipping charges.


Important Notes
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • EVARA reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts may not be eligible for return or refund unless damaged or incorrect.
